Volunteers.

Volunteers are the ones who make the event world go round. We’re excited to work with you and we hope you have FUN out there!

• If you sign up and the shifts are otherwise “full,” but you have someone you’d like to come with you to help as well - no problem!

• Feel free to sign up for more than one shift (ex. if you’d like to spend the day at one aid station/marshal spot and there are two shifts, sign up for both).

• Feel free to sign up in more than one area, ensuring you’re able to get there in time from one shift to another (ex. sign up for packet pick up in Ovando, then an aid station on the 80 mile course, then clean up)

We’re grateful for your help - to show our appreciation for your support, volunteers will receive:

• 2024 bandana and/or other special item

• Complimentary bagged lunch from the Stray Bullet and a drink ticket for your return to the finish area after your shift(s)

• Complimentary coffee and AM snack at the check-in area prior to your shift departure

• The experience of supporting the only women’s gravel race in the country along with your favorite Bandita’s racing their hearts away!

In addition, we recommend volunteers bring their own:

• Chairs

• Warm clothing; rain and cold gear

• Extra snacks, water, etc.

• Bear spray

• Good cheer!

• Feel free to bring some music, costumes and/or signs!
